Location:15 Sandalwood Pkwy W, Brampton , ON, L7A 1J6
Salary: $36.25 hourly / 30 hours per Week
Overtime: 1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Clean, inspect, and prepare meat products for cutting and further processing.
- Cut and portion carcasses, primal cuts, and meat sections according to company standards.
- Prepare customized meat cuts and portions based on customer requests and specifications.
- Trim, slice, and package fresh meat products for retail sale and food preparation purposes.
- Weigh, label, and price meat products accurately for display and sale.
- Clean and prepare fish and seafood products for customer orders and kitchen use.
- Assist customers by providing product information and processing meat sales transactions.
- Monitor and oversee the work of junior meat cutters and other support staff when required.
- Arrange and maintain attractive displays of meat, poultry, fish, and seafood products.
- Shape, tie, marinate, and prepare roasts, poultry, and specialty meat products for sale and cooking.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years in butchering.
- Being accurate while cutting, weighing, and pricing meat products to ensure quality and consistency.
- Strong client focus is needed to meet customer requests and prepare custom cuts.
- Flexibility is required to adjust to varying tasks, orders, and shift needs.
- Excellent English oral and written communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
