Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor

Term of Employment: Full Time & Permanent

Office Location: 3010 Lakha Road, Kelowna, BC V1X 7W1

Job Location: Various locations in Lower Mainland

Benefits: 4% of Vacation Pay, Stat holiday & WCB Benefits

Minimum hour: 40 Hrs. per week

Wage: CAD $36.60

Specific Skills

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers who maintain lawns, gardens, golf courses, interior plantscapes and other landscaped areas

• Plan and direct grounds maintenance

• Hire and schedule staff

• Establish work schedules and procedures

• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies

• Tender and administer contracts

• Plan and estimate labour and materials

• Resolve work problems

• Provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and quality of product.

• Evaluate daily operations

• Maintain work records and logs

Job Requirements:

Education

• Completion of secondary school is required

• Experience as a landscaper is required.
