Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, project management, business administration or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of four years of relevant work experience
Start date: as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, direct and evaluate operational projects and daily business activities.
- Coordinate activities among subcontractors, vendors, suppliers and supervisory personnel to support efficient project execution.
- Monitor project schedules, timelines and operational progress to ensure timely completion of activities and services.
- Review budgets, cost estimates and resource allocation to maintain operational efficiency and project performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Supervise project implementation and resolve operational, scheduling or service-related issues as they arise.
- Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials, equipment and contracted services.
- Review operational reports, project documentation and performance metrics to support management decision-making.
- Participate in project planning, contract administration and operational strategy development.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve workflow efficiency, operational performance and service delivery.
