Salary: $36.25 hourly/ 30 hours per Week
Overtime:1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Duties & Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage budgets for meat products, packaging materials, cleaning supplies, and daily operational expenses.
- Adjust product preparation methods and pricing to maintain profitability and meet business budget goals.
- Monitor employee performance to ensure quality service and efficient daily operations.
- Recruit qualified staff to support business operations and customer service needs.
- Prepare and manage employee work schedules to ensure adequate staffing coverage.
- Supervise staff during daily operations to maintain productivity and service standards.
- Train employees on meat handling, food safety, sanitation, and customer service procedures.
- Determine service procedures and implement operational policies for smooth business operations.
- Negotiate with suppliers for meat products, inventory, packaging, and other operational supplies.
- Coordinate with customers regarding bulk meat orders, catering requests, and special service arrangements.
Eligibility Requirements :
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months toless than 1 year
- 1 year to less than 2 years
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent English oral and written communication and customer service abilities
- In-depth understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
