Duties
- Supervise and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences

- Assist with guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Train new staff members on service protocols, company policies, and guest interaction standards
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and support professional development
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times within the facility.
- Collaborate with management to implement operational improvements and uphold brand standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in leadership or managerial roles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings or weekends if necessary
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team-leading role is mandatory
