Language: Basic Knowledge of English is required.

Job type: Permanent, full time

Ability to supervise 5-10 people required.

Job Duties: 

• Participate in the recruitment process of staff members 
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ice-cream parlour
• Supervise the work schedule of staff members 
• Monitor and control inventory 
• Manage the training process of the new recruits 
• Regulate all the safety and health regulations 
• Keep a record of customers' complaints and ensure to resolve them in time 
• Supervise arrangements for catering in parties, marriages and other events

Work setting: The candidate should be available to work full time in the day or evening or on weekends, if required.
