We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing operations, where effective supervision plays a key role in maintaining efficient warehouse and distribution activities. Position: Warehouse supervisor

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff involved in receiving, storing, and shipping goods
  • Assign duties and monitor work performance to ensure productivity and accuracy
  • Maintain inventory control systems and ensure proper record-keeping of stock movements
  • Oversee loading and unloading of shipments and verify goods against invoices or orders
  • Ensure proper storage of products to prevent damage or loss
  • Train new employees on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and equipment use
  • Monitor compliance with workplace safety standards and company policies
  • Coordinate with management regarding inventory levels, shortages, and operational needs
  • Prepare reports related to warehouse operations, staffing, and inventory status

 

Qualification & Requirements

 

  • Completion of secondary school.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is required
  • Prior supervisory experience is considered an asset
  • Ability to organize tasks, manage time effectively, and lead a team
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting
  • Physically capable of handling materials and working in a warehouse setting
