Terms of Employment: Full time and Permanent
Wage: $18.00 per hour for 40 hours per week
Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible
Location: Unit K – 111 Chowsunket Street Fraser Lake, BC Canada V0J 1S0
Job Duties:

Clean meat to prepare for processing or cutting.

Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat.

Wrap and package prepared meats.

Weigh meats for sale.

Remove bones from meat.

Price meat items.
-
Grind meat and slice cooked meat.

Ensure food storage conditions are adequate.

Prepare special display of meats and poultry products.

Maintain inventory levels and keep records of sales.

Maintain clean and sanitary work conditions.

Meets productivity and accuracy standards.
Job Requirement:
Education: Completion of Secondary School
Experience:At least 6 months of experience in food sector is required
Language: English
Candidate should be willing to work on all shifts (evening and weekend)
