Job Desctiption:
- Plan, organize and oversee the overall operations of a retail store or specific department to ensure
- efficiency and profitability;
- Supervise employees, delegate responsibilities, and monitor staff performance;
- Analyze market conditions, customer preferences, and competitor activities to forecast sales and
- demand;
- Decide on product selection, inventory levels, and pricing strategies to maximize sales;
- Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate purchasing terms to maintain adequate stock levels;
- Design and execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives to attract customers;
- Prepare budgets, control expenses, and review financial reports to achieve business targets;
- Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer concerns or complaints effectively;
- Recruit, train, and retain staff while managing workforce planning and development;
Requirement :
Languages - English or French
Education - Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
Experience - 1 Year to Less than 2 Years
On Site - Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Work site environment - Air Conditioned
Location - Middlewood, Nova Scotia
Wage - $25.00 Per hour
Benefits - 4% vacation pay
