About the Role

As the Food Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring our customers receive the best service possible. Your leadership will help shape the customer's experience and drive our success.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits.
Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget.
Monitor revenues to determine labour cost.
Recruit, train, supervise and monitor staff performance.
Plan and organize daily operations.
Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.
Conduct performance reviews.
Organize and maintain inventory.
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
Participate in marketing plans and implementation.

Work Environment
This position is set in a rural area and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. You will be supervising a team of 3-4 people, ensuring that everyone is aligned with our goals and standards.

Qualifications
Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
Experience: 2 to less than 3 years in management.
