Meat Cutter

Spice Meat Shop Inc. at 7028 120 Street suite 101, Surrey, British Columbia V3W 3M8 is hiring 03 Meat Cutters with meat cutting certificate or 1yr meat cutting experience.

Duties- To cut, trim or otherwise prepare standard cuts of meat, poultry, fish and shellfish (Sea foods) for sale or according to customers orders. Prepare special displays of meat, poultry, fish, shell fish. Shape, lace and tie meats, poultry or sea foods as required. Grind and slice meats using powered grinders and slicing machines. Ensure food storage conditions are suitable, etc. 

Wages 26.50/hr. plus 4% vacation pay. Jobs are F/T (40 hr. per week) & Permanent. Education & Language not req’d.
