Job Responsibilities:
- Operation of production machinery in a food manufacturing (meat products) environment
- Supervision and leadership of production workers on the line
- Coordination of daily production activities to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Ensuring work is completed quickly, safely, and according to company standards
- Communication and distribution of tasks among team members
- Monitoring product quality during production
- Supporting continuous improvement in production processes
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Description:
⏰ Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
⏰ Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
⏰ Sunday: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM
? $18.00/hour (with potential increase to $20.00/hour based on performance and company satisfaction)
? Food manufacturing company (meat products / sausages and related products)

OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience operating machines in a production or manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Fast, efficient, and detail-oriented work style
- Strong understanding of production processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills, and responsibility in decision-making
