Job Summary

Global Hi Teck Marketing is a specialized telecommunications and security services provider. We are seeking a General Manager to lead our strategic expansion in broadband connectivity, advanced home security, and mobility solutions. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for the overall direction of the company, policy formulation, and high-level financial oversight.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Establish organizational objectives and formulate or approve comprehensive policies and programs for our telecommunications and security divisions.
• Plan, organize, direct, and control the company’s operations through subordinate team leads and managers.
• Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies.
• Establish administrative and financial controls and approve overall human resources planning.
• Negotiate and approve major contracts with national broadband carriers, security hardware manufacturers, and mobility partners.
• Represent Global Hi teck Marketing in official functions, industry negotiations, and legislative consultations regarding broadcasting and telecommunications services.
• Authorize the establishment of major departments and select senior staff or middle managers to lead sales and technical divisions.

Employment Requirements

• Education: A bachelor’s degree/ College Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline is required.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a middle manager in sales, trade, broadcasting, or telecommunications services.
• Specialized Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in high-tech sales cycles and the Canadian telecommunications regulatory landscape is an asset.
