Restaurant Manager

KFC employer is looking to hire full time and permanent workers for the positions of Restaurant Manager. The person should have some College level Education along with relevant minimum 3-4 years of work experience and passion to succeed in food service industry.

The person should be able to perform the following job duties and responsibilities for this job position:
Evaluate daily operations
Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
Monitor staff performance
Plan and organize daily operations
Recruit staff
Set staff work schedules
Train staff
Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
Conduct performance reviews
Cost products and services
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Address customers’ complaints or concerns
Provide customer service

We pay competitive wages $27.69- $40.00 per hour. We offer excellent and career growth within the organization.
