We, 5030749 Manitoba Ltd. o/a Amaranth Inn are looking for a full-time and permanent Bar Manager for our business. (We prefer Full-time, can consider Part-time applicants as well)

Term of Employment: Permanent, Full Time
Work Location: 100 Kinosota Rd. S, Amaranth, MB, R0H 0B0
Wage: C$30.20~31.20/hr based on 30-36 hrs/week
Benefit: 4% vacation paid
Education: Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is usually required.
Work Experience: Several years of experience in the food service sector including supervisory experience are required.
Language: English

Job Description:
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily bar service and special events, ensuring everything from opening prep to closing duties meets our standards.

- Track inventory and order beverages and supplies proactively to keep the bar fully equipped.

- Recruit, train, and mentor bar staff, including handle scheduling and performance tracking to ensure a high-performing, motivated crew.

- Keep the workspace safe and compliant with all local regulations and internal policies.

- Maintain a direct line of communication with ownership regarding operational wins, challenges, and urgent priorities.

- Act as the point person for customer feedback, resolve complaints with grace while upholding strict health, safety and company protocols.
