We are seeking skilled and reliable Electricians to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and control components across custom homes, single-family residences, townhouses, and commercial buildings. The position requires strong hands-on electrical expertise, the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and circuit diagrams, and precision in installation and troubleshooting. Work is carried out across active construction sites throughout the Lower Mainland, with a strong emphasis on safety, efficiency, and meeting project timelines. Position Description

Work Location: Various Locations in Lower Mainland (BC) as per company’s contracts

Compensation & Benefits

Wage: $36.60 to $39.00 per hour

Stable, full-time employment

Candidates who qualify will receive relocation assistance up to $1500.00.

The company will pay $1000.00 CAD as a referral incentive to any current employee who refers a candidate, and the company hires them

Job Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings, circuit diagrams, and electrical code specifications to plan wiring layouts.
• Install, examine, replace, or repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, lighting fixtures and other electrical components.
• Pull wire through conduits and holes in walls and floors to ensure proper installation.
• Test electrical systems for loose connections, broken insulation, and isolate faults, using hand and power tools.
• Splice, join and connect wires to electrical fixtures and components with precision and care.
• Promote and comply with health, safety, and environmental standards, safe operating procedures, and the observance of protective equipment requirements at all times.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and components to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Conduct preventive maintenance programs and maintain accurate maintenance records to ensure the ongoing functionality of electrical systems.
• Collaborate with other trades and professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Providing technical guidance and support to electrician helpers.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as required to support the smooth operation of our electrical services.

Qualification & Requirements

• Completion of secondary school.
• Relevant education or 2-3 years of work experience in trade.
• Trade certification would be an asset but not mandatory.
• Good communication, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively in a team-oriented work environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail with a reliable and professional work ethic.
