Job Description
Canadian Tire Gas Bar 1337 is seeking a reliable and experienced Gas Station Manager to oversee daily operations at our location in Mississauga, Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and company policies.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the gas station
- Supervise, train, and schedule staff
- Recruit, hire, and evaluate employee performance
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Monitor inventory and order fuel, merchandise, and supplies
- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory
- Implement pricing and promotional strategies
- Handle cash, deposits, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety and company policies
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure proper functioning of equipment and facilities

Requirements and Qualifications
- College diploma in any field
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
