Ability to supervise 5-10 people required.

Job Duties:

Prepare and supervise the work schedule of other staff members
Oversee other staff members and train the new ones
Keep records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Meet quality control standards
Plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.
Ensure to order ingredients and supplies required
Work setting: The candidate should be available to work full time in the day or evening or on weekends, if required.
