Construction Painters Supervisor

Sabhi Painting Ltd. Located in Surrey BC is recruiting full-time and permanent workers for the position of Construction Painters Supervisor. The person should have higher secondary education along with a relevant minimum of 2-3 years of work experience. We are providing training at our location.

The successful candidate must be able to perform the following job duties & responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of construction workers engaged in bricklaying, roofing, cement finishing, tilesetting, plastering, drywall installation, glazing, insulating and painting, and workers who install and service prefabricated products in residential and commercial properties
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other subcontractors
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Requisition materials and supplies
• Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions
• Prepare work progress reports
• May manage the operations of own company
• May also supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers and labourers.

We pay a competitive wage of $ 37.50/ hour , 40 hours per week.
