Company Driver Pay Scales:
Company Driver Base Pay (CLASS 1): $36.60/Hr
Overtime paid for any work done over 60 hours in a week

Company Driver Requirements:
Class 1 License W/Air Brake Endorsement is required.
Completion of secondary school is an asset.
Language: Functional English/CLB Level 4
Though on-the-job training will be provided, 1-2 years of experience as a truck driver is an asset. However, a clean driving abstract is mandatory.
Duties:
- Operate both straight and articulated trucks for transporting goods and materials
- Regularly check and maintain the condition of the vehicle, including tires, lights, brakes, and refrigeration systems
- Adjust brakes as required
- Respond to and manage emergency roadside repairs
- Complete pre-trip, in-transit, and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance tasks
- Demonstrate professionalism when interacting with customers
- Work collaboratively in a two-person team or convoy setup
- Safely load and unload freight
- Communicate with dispatch to send and receive necessary updates
- Maintain detailed logs of cargo, driving hours, mileage, and fuel consumption
- Ensure cargo is properly secured and covered with tarps for protection and safety
