Job Duties

Specific Skills:

• Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits

• Evaluate daily operations

• Monitor revenues to determine labour cost

• Monitor staff performance

• Plan and organize daily operations

• Recruit staff

• Set staff work schedules

• Supervise staff

• Train staff

• Organize and maintain inventory

• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

• Address customers' complaints or concerns

• Provide customer service

Ability to Supervise: 11-15 people

Skills Requirements

Education:Completion of secondary school (high school) is required or equivalent experience

Work Experience: Several years of experience (2 years to less than 3 years minimum) in food preparation or service are required.
