Duties to be performed:

• Direct and control daily operations
• Evaluate daily operations
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Manage staff and assign duties
• Determine merchandise and services to be sold
• Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Determine staffing requirements
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Supervise 5 to 10 employees

Requirements:

• Education:  Secondary/High School Graduation Certificate
• Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years Of Previous experience as a Floor Manager or relative role in retail store establishments
• Language: English
