Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Support Worker to provide in-home care and assistance. The ideal candidate will support daily living activities and ensure the comfort and well-being of the client.

Job Duties:

• Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility and ambulation
• Prepare and serve meals; assist with feeding if required
• Administer medications as directed
• Perform light housekeeping duties (laundry, dishwashing, bed making)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain a safe and clean home environment

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
Wage: $21 for 30 hours per week
Benefit: Vacation Pay 4%

Qualifications/Skill Requirements:

• Education: Completion of Secondary School preferred; Completion of a Personal Support Worker (PSW) training program required
• Experience: Work experience may be substituted by completion of a recognized PSW training program
• Language: Ability to communicate in English (speak, read, and write English)
• Certifications: First Aid and CPR certification is an asset
• Personal Attributes: Compassionate, patient, reliable, and able to work independently
