Job description:

• Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day activities of construction personnel involved in trades such as Spray foam, Insulation, drywall installation and drywall taping, structural and non- structural steel framing, painting.
• Develop and implement work methods to ensure project timelines are met, while coordinating tasks with other subcontractors on site.
• Address operational issues as they arise and propose solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality of work.
• Order and manage the supply of materials and equipment required for project completion.

• Prepare and maintain reports on work progress and project status.
• In some cases, oversee and manage overall business operations.
