Our Store is located at 413 Norfolk Street North, Simcoe, ON N3Y 3P4.  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the entire fast-food outlet and handle the responsibilities of the store during the shift.
  • Direct and manage daily operations of crew members in food preparation, service, and station management.
  • Strategically plan and order inventory to maintain seamless kitchen operations and minimize waste.
  • Prepare detailed production and prep reports to meet customer demand and franchise standards.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce staff schedules, operational procedures, and workflow efficiency.
  • Lead training and performance management, ensuring team adherence to food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
  • Oversee assembly and quality of menu items, maintaining strict compliance with Wendy’s standards.
  • Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly to protect brand reputation.
  • Participate in recruitment, team evaluations, and support in developing operational policies and cost controls.
  • Monitor labor, food, and operational costs to maximize profitability without compromising service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and franchise regulations while optimizing day-to-day operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least 1 – 2 years related experience of restaurant supervising
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and with team too
  • Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities
  • Have good communication skills
