Job Description

Meera Bakery Inc. is seeking a reliable and motivated Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily food service operations and ensure high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Establish work schedules and ensure staff adherence
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure food quality and service meet established standards
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies as required
• Maintain records of inventory, sales, repairs and wastage
• Prepare and submit operational reports
• Ensure efficient operations to meet service timelines

Requirements

• Education: Minimum high school is required
• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a related field
• Language: English

Work Conditions
