Job Title: Full Time- Construction Electrician Helper
Terms: Full-Time Permanent Position
Location: Saskatoon, SK Canada
Vacancies: 2
Education: Completion of some High School
Salary: $33.65 per hour
Hours: up to 32-40 hrs/week (Overtime will be paid 1.5 times the hourly wage rate after 40 hrs.)
Stat Holiday Pay: As per the applicable Standard
Payment Schedule: bi-weekly
Start Date: as soon as possible.
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year’s experience working as Electrician Helper- proof of experience required
Work Conditions: Willing to work with safety, honesty and punctuality
Vacation Pay: Employees receive a minimum of three weeks of vacation after each year of employment. Employees who complete 10 years of work with the same employer receive a minimum of four weeks of vacation. All eligible full-time, part-time, casual, temporary, and seasonal employees (including those who have not worked a full year with the same employer) receive vacation pay so they are paid during this time off work."

Job Duties: -
- Daily report to Supervisor
- Hand tools, materials, and equipment to electricians
- Hold or position materials during installation
- Help with wiring, outlets, fixtures, and basic electrical setup (under supervision)
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials
- Move tools and supplies around the worksite
- Remove debris, rubble, and hazards
- Clean work areas and equipment
- Set up safe and organized workspaces
- Cut, bend, or prepare wires, conduits, and materials
- Do simple maintenance or pre-operational checks
- Feed or tend construction equipment if needed
- Use PPE (hard hat, gloves, boots, etc.)
- Follow safety regulations on construction sites
- Sometimes assist with traffic control around job sites
- Clean, inspect, and store tools
- Report damaged or faulty equipment
- Help keep records of materials or work done
- Perform other labour duties as assigned by supervisors
