Wage & Hours
- $17.85 per hour
- 40 hours per week
Work Environment
- Work is performed on-site at the orchard
- Outdoor agricultural setting
- Work may involve exposure to varying weather conditions, including wet and damp environments
Requirements
- No formal education required
- No prior experience required (training will be provided)
- No language requirement
Responsibilities
- Operate tractors and farm machinery safely in the cherry orchard
- Attach and use equipment such as sprayers, trailers, and mowing tools
- Transport cherries, bins, and farm supplies within the orchard
- Stay alert, follow instructions, and watch for safety hazards around trees and equipment Report any equipment issues or damage to the supervisor
- Clean, inspect, and perform basic maintenance on tractors and tools
- Park and store machinery properly after use
- Assist with general orchard work when required
- Perform general farm duties as assigned by the supervisor.
