Export & Logistics Coordinator

Hourly Pay: CAD 27.00 (to be negotiated)

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Duties:

• Manage end-to-end cross-border export logistics operations and system establishment, including international freight, customs clearance compliance and document management, ensuring full compliance with Canadian and international cross-border trade regulations.
• Oversee cross-border freight solution planning and optimization, coordinate core logistics resources, and guarantee on-time, safe and compliant delivery of export goods to Asia-Pacific markets.
• Establish and improve the company's export trade compliance system, take charge of standardized management and archiving of export documents, and prevent potential cross-border trade risks.
• Conduct logistics cost analysis and control, optimize operation processes, improve cross-border export efficiency, and provide stable logistics support for the company's business development.
