-Position: Travel Clerk Supervisor

-Vacancy: 1            

-Work Hours: 6~8 hours per day or 30~40 hours per week (Full-time), Permanent

-Wage: $20.00~22.00 per hour (depending on experience)    

-Benefit: 10 days paid vacation per year

Job Duties:

-Co-ordinate, assign and review the works by tour service clerks

-Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with cooperative team or subcontractors.

-Assist Clients/guest with special needs

-Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit all related reports.

-Train and educate staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies

-Ensure smooth operation of computer systems and arrange for repair, if required

-Perform the duties for service clerks in emergency or necessary

-Requisition materials and supplies

Job Requirements:

-Experience: Minimum 2~3 years of related Experience

-Language: English is required

-Education: Completion of Secondary School
