Administrative Services Manager (NOC 0114)

Type of job: permanent full-time position (40 hours per week)

Employment conditions: On the call, Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Shift, Weekend

Salary:  Salary$41.03 / hour

Location: Everett, ON, L0M 1J0 (Remote work available)

Job Requirements:

English

College/CEGEP

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Work conditions and physical capabilities:Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail and large workload

Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, Excellent knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets and relational databases.

 Main duties:

  • Direct, control and evaluate the operation of accounting, audit, commercial and administrative departments.
  • Develop and implement the financial policies, systems and procedures within the establishment.
  • Recruit, organize, and manage staff engaged in providing records management, purchasing, human resources, and other administrative services.
  • Direct and control corporate governance and compliance regarding Plan B in Canada and Ecuador.
  • Plan, administer and control an annual budget for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies;
  • Interview and hire positions as well, to establish and implement training procedures;
  • Prepare or coordinate the preparation of financial statements, summaries, and other cost-benefit analyses and financial management reports, on budget and sales compliance for internal evaluations.
  • Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication
  • Establish profitability standards for investment activities and handle mergers and/or acquisitions
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing immigration records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources and other administrative services;
  • Supports the preparation of immigration presentations, summaries, case studies, reports and others related communication materials;
  • Coordinate multiple calendars and internal and external meetings using online tools such as Webex, Zoom.
