Twinberry Farms Inc is looking for Fulltime, Permanent Harvesting Labourers.

Wages: $17.85 per hour for 40 hours per week

Job Duties

• Harvest berries and mushrooms at the appropriate stage of maturity to ensure quality and freshness
• Hand-pick berries and mushrooms carefully to avoid bruising or damage to crops and surrounding plants
• Sort, grade, and pack berries and mushrooms based on size, ripeness, and quality standards
• Inspect harvested produce and remove any damaged, overripe, or substandard items
• Assist with basic crop care tasks including pruning, weeding, and general plant maintenance
• Support irrigation activities by setting, adjusting, and monitoring water lines as required
• Help maintain proper growing conditions by monitoring airflow, temperature, and humidity in growing areas
• Load, unload, and transport harvested produce and farm supplies within the work site
• Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and containers to ensure hygiene and food safety standards are met
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and carry out tasks as directed by the supervisor
