Position: Regional Sales Manager

Employment type: full-time, 30 hrs/week

Job Duties:

• Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of the sales department in commercial, industrial, wholesale, retail and other establishments.
• Organize regional and divisional sales operations to ensure efficient coordination and implementation of sales activities.
• Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales operations and performance.
• Determine strategic planning initiatives related to existing and new product lines.
• Lead the sales team in developing and maintaining relationships with business clients and in managing the negotiation of sales contracts.
• Recruit, organize, train and manage staff to support departmental objectives.
• Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the sales team and the field.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• A university degree or college diploma in business or in a related field with a specialization in sales
• 1-2 years of experience as a sales representative or in a related occupation are usually required.

• Must be able to work in a team, under pressure, and handle multiple priorities and complex tasks simultaneously
• Good work ethic, self-motivated experience working in a fast-paced environment.
