Truck driver-supervisor

Job description:

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Job Duties:

• Supervise, coordinate, schedule, and review the activities of workers and ongoing projects
• Monitor operations, including dispatching bus drivers and overseeing route performance
• Operate and oversee signal systems and track switch control panels
• Identify and resolve workplace issues while providing technical guidance
• Recommend and implement improvements to work methods, productivity, and product quality
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Train staff or arrange appropriate training programs
• Recommend personnel actions such as hiring, promotions, or discipline
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and equipment rentals
• Order and manage materials, equipment, and supplies
• Prepare production and operational reports
• Maintain accurate records of operations, staff performance, and project progress
• Communicate regularly with management and team members to ensure alignment on goals and deadlines
