Responsibilities
Determine the size of food portions and costs
Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to restaurant standards and recipes.
Ensure all food is handled safely and meets quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
Assist in meal preparation and ingredient sourcing as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and timely meal delivery.
Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines at all times.
Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
Manage kitchen operations
Benefits:
- Rate: $20.00/hour
- Vacation pay: 4%
Qualifications:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Attention to detail
- Handling heavy loads
- Physically demanding
- Standing for extended periods
- Work under pressure
