Salary : $37.50/hr

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of Experience is required.

Supervision: 11-15 people

On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Tasks:

• Oversee, design, coordinate, supervise, and evaluate daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Execute operational strategies and determine menu offerings.

• Assisting in hiring new team members and providing training to them.

• Prepare and manage weekly staff schedules.

• Monitor employee performance and prepare reports for management.

• Manage inventory levels, ensure adequate supply of food ingredients, and place orders in a timely manner.

• Prepare budgets and set pricing strategies based on market trends and competition.

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

• Enforce health and safety policies to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests.

• Perform other related duties as required.
