Job Duties: 

• Prepare and supervise the work schedule of other staff members 
• Oversee other staff members and train the new ones 
• Keep records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Meet quality control standards 
• Plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.
• Ensure to order ingredients and supplies required 

Work setting: The candidate should be available to work full time in the day or evening or on weekends, if required.
