We are looking for a highly competitive Sales Manager (NOC category 60010) who can exceed targets and deliver results for a Kaslo-based building and development services company.This is a permanent/full time job opportunity for the right individual.

You will...

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the sales and business development activities of the company
• Develop and implement sales strategies and policies to increase revenue and market share
• Lead and manage client acquisition efforts, including identifying and pursuing new project opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with the business’ clients
• Oversee the preparation, review, and finalization of bids, contracts and agreements in collaboration with estimating and project teams to ensure profitability
• Establish pricing strategies and service offerings based on market conditions and project requirements
• Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate sales or business development staff
• Coordinate sales activities across different regions or project types
• Oversee marketing strategy to ensure consistent promotion of services and brand positioning
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities

 You can offer...

• Formal education (Bachelor degree preferred) in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, Urban Planning or similar
• High-impact leadership and team management abilities – you own the actions of your team
• Ability to negotiate until the deal is yours
• A track record in sales that proves you can deliver
• The desire to workin the Kootenays full time (40 hours per week with overtime possible)
