Hansik Korean Restaurant in Edmonton is looking for experienced Head Chef.

Job Position: Head Chef, Permanent position

Wage and working hours: $36 per hour and 30~35 hrs per week (full time)

Start date: as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

- Plan food preparation, menus and ensure food meets quality standards

- Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions

- Estimate amount and costs of supplies and food items and labour costs

- Supervise activities of kitchen staff

- Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs

- Consult with clients about events and specialty functions

Job Requirement:

-3 years of work experience in commercial food preparation with some supervisory experience

-Able to communicate in English

-Secondary Education
