Full-time position with A.J. Services Inc. located at 170 Rimrock Road, Unit D2, North York, Ontario, M3J 3A6.  The candidate will be required to work between 30 and 44 hours per week.  The candidate will receive compensation at the rate of $37.00 per hour, with overtime being paid after 44 hours. The qualified candidate will have one to two years of experience in an office setting. The qualified candidate must be able to communicate in the English language.

The candidate's duties will include:

Establishing and maintaining office procedures and daily routines;

Scheduling and confirming appointments with customers;

Answering telephone and transferring calls and relaying messages to appropriate person;

Answering electronic enquiries;

Opening and distributing incoming mail;

Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory;

Greeting customers and directing them to the appropriate contact or service area;

Typing and proofreading all outgoing correspondence, forms and other documents;

Maintaining both electronic and manual office filing systems;

Arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, etc.;

Recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences;

Compiling data, statistics and other information;

Arranging travel, related itineraries and making reservations;

The candidate must have knowledge and experience with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word and MS Office.
