Education: College/ CEGEP

Job Duties:

• Plan and manage daily restaurant operations.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate staff performance.
• Hire employees and create work schedules.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns.
• Decide on services offered and implement procedures.
• Maintain inventory and organize supplies.
• Ensure all health and safety standards are followed.
• Work with suppliers and negotiate for food and supplies.
• Review revenue and control labour costs.
• Manage and adjust the budget to maintain profitability.
• Update menu prices and food preparation methods based on budget.
• Support and carry out marketing activities.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing and promotional activities.
