Job type: Full-time, permanent
Hours of work: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Given some clients are abroad, hours will be flexible including work very early or late at night.
Wage: $35.00 per hour

About the role

MTL DÉVELOPPEMENT INC. is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of its corporate office and support shared services across group entities. The successful candidate will play a key role in office administration, human resources coordination, legal and regulatory support, internal reporting, and international coordination with affiliated entities.


Main duties and responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the corporate office and coordinate shared services for companies within the group
  • Ensure continuity of internal processes during organizational restructuring and operational transitions
  • Coordinate human resources administration, including compliance with internal policies and collaboration with local and international teams
  • Maintain consistency in internal procedures and administrative governance practices
  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to support adherence to local and international regulatory requirements
  • Assist senior management with internal controls, governance matters, and compliance follow-up
  • Provide support for financial administration and internal reporting
  • Coordinate the preparation of management reports for leadership and affiliated entities, including international operations
  • Liaise with foreign subsidiaries and international group entities, including Canadian operations
  • Support the implementation of corporate policies and procedures across the organization


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least 10 years of experience in corporate office management is required
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or senior management role within a company or international group
  • Experience coordinating multi-site or international services, including Canadian or foreign subsidiaries
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
