Salary: $36.60/Hourly
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, 30 to 40 hours per week
Start Date: As soon as possible
Minimum Education: high school
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in food service sector including supervisory experience.
Job Duties:
- Manage, provide tasks coordination, and evaluate the restaurant’s daily operation while providing support to food service supervisors and to other kitchen staff.
- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
- Identify hiring needs and coordinate the screening, interviewing, and hiring of new staff as needed.
- Prepare orders and schedule delivery of supplies as needed.
- Promote customer satisfaction by providing a fast and friendly service to our customers.
- Address customers complaints and concerns
- Apply company standards of cleanness, freshness and high quality of food and service at all times.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation
- Coordinate closing or opening activities, depending on shifts.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
