Shift Leader (Over-Night)

BREKA BAKERY & CAFÉ is looking for a shift leader(overnight)!

Position: Shift Leader (Overnight) (Permanent / Full-time)

Number of Opening: 1

Work Location: 821 Denman Street, Vancouver, BC V6G 2L7

Wage: $22.00 ~ $25.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Hours: 30 ~ 40 hours per week (shifts during overnight shifts from 7PM to 7AM)

Job duties:

• Maintain a courteous attitude toward customers.
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Training of new employees.
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality and operational standards.
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Maintain records of stock for inventory control.

Job Requirements:

• Language: English
• Completion of Secondary (high) school
• A minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in food service including a minimum one year of supervisory role in food service.
• Must be available to work any shifts during overnight shifts from 7PM to 7AM.
• Must be available to work on weekends and holidays.
