Organizational Services Head

New Concept Management and Facilitation is a dynamic consulting firm seeking a dedicated Organizational Services Head (NOC 10029) to oversee our corporate functions in Fort St. John, BC. We offer a competitive wage of $63.00/hr (salary based on a 40 hour per week - schedule with working hours according to company and client need note that this may include evenings and weekends). This is a Full-time, Permanent position that we are looking to onboard as soon as possible.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and control the operations of the firm’s administrative, financial, sales and service departments.
• Align, optimize, and standardize internal functions or workflows to create operational efficiencies.
• Evaluate new business opportunities and contracts, conducting cost analysis, risk assessments, and profitability projections.
• Lead the planning and rollout of new service lines/geographic expansion, ensuring operational readiness, staffing capacity, and budget alignment.
• Oversee the development and implementation of financial policies, budgets, and risk management frameworks.
• Ensure all organizational activities comply with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
• Direct and advise professional and support staff.
• Represent the company in negotiations with vendors and stakeholders

Employment Requirements

• Education: A university degree in business administration, commerce, finance, accounting, or a related field is required.
• Experience: Several years of experience in a senior management level in business services firm or similar.
