Food Service Supervisor

 We are hiring FOOD SERVICE SUPERVISORS for all 3 of our Wendy's locations in LETHBRIDGE (FAIRWAY, SCENIC (Tollcorp Restaurants), and NORTH MAYOR MAGRATH DRIVE (2033279 Alberta Ltd.)

$19.50 an hour plus benefits.

Full time, permanent positions

1 year to less than 2 years of experience

Food Service Supervisor Tasks:

• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food;
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation;
• Establish work schedules and procedures;
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage;
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures;
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• Deal with customer-related issues.
