Job Duties:
- Review the budget regularly to help increase and maintain restaurant profits.
- Evaluate day-to-day operations.
- Monitor everydays sales to manage staffing costs effectively.
- Plan and organize daily activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Recruit staff and manage staff work schedules.
- Train new employess and supervise during the shift.
- Keep track of inventory and reorder supplies as needed.
- Ensure all health and safety rules are followed.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Provide customer service.
