Responsibilities
Tasks
- Conduct badminton coaching sessions for players of all age groups and skill levels.
- Plan and deliver structured training programs focusing on technique, footwork, fitness, and match strategy.
- Provide individual feedback to improve player performance and skill development.
- Lead group and private coaching sessions based on player needs and goals.
- Design drills and practice routines to enhance agility, coordination, and game awareness.
- Monitor player progress and adjust training plans accordingly.
- Prepare players for friendly matches, league play, and tournaments organized by the club.
- Ensure a safe training environment and enforce proper court rules and etiquette.
- Motivate players and promote discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Communicate with players and parents regarding progress, schedules, and expectations.
- Assist with club events, camps, and promotional training programs when required.
- Maintain professionalism and uphold the standards and values of the club.
