Job Description:
- Manage and organize the employees’ daily activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Review food orders and communicate special meal instructions to the staff.
- Provide training to employees on food hygiene, cleanliness standards, and proper sanitation methods.
- Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and timely service of food items.
- Assist in interview, selection and recruitment of new employees.
- Check food stock regularly and arrange timely purchase of supplies.
- Prepares work schedules and evaluates work performance of employees.
- Aid in preparation of menus and monitor food usage to reduce waste and control costs.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, daily sales, equipment issues, and food waste.
- Monitor activities of staff to ensure safety and compliance with rules.
- Aiding in preparation of budgets and workplace guidelines.
- Inspect food preparation areas to ensure cleanliness and health standards.
- Make sure food quality and customer service meet company and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Completion of High School is required.
- Post – Secondary Education in the related field and/or minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in the field is required.
