Manager - Accommodation Services

Lee & Park Whistler Vacation Rentals Ltd. is looking for a Manager in Whistler, BC!

Position: Manager -Accommodation Services (Permanent, Full-time)

Available: 1

Wage: $27.00 per hour

Working hours: 30~40 hours per week

Working Location: 2247 Olive Terrace, Whistler, BC V8E 0B4

Job Duties:

• Implement and evaluate policies and procedures for the operation of the department or business
• Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
• Participate in the development of pricing and promotional strategies
• Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities for conventions, banquets, receptions and other functions
• Meet guests needs related to overnight stay and meals
• Recruit and supervise staff
• Determine training requirements and construct work schedules
• Resolve customer complaints
• Responds to enquiries and solves problems
• Ensure the completion of administrative tasks
• Maintain facility, equipment, and supplies

Requirement:

• Language: English
• Education: Completion of Secondary School
• 2~3 years of experience in the accommodation service sector including at least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
